人工智能(AI)技术在优化营销领域的决策制定、改善消费者体验、建立和维护客户关系等方面发挥着越来越重要的作用。尽管该领域的研究已经取得一定的成果,但由于AI在营销领域的应用历史较短,仍存在研究成果缺乏系统性整合、缺少核心文献、相关概念混淆、研究热点和发展方向不明确等问题。鉴于此,本文首先从宏观角度运用CiteSpace知识图谱分析方法分析了该领域的研究热点及其演进;然后从微观角度精选重点文献梳理和界定了AI的内涵,并进一步在理论、主题和方法论方面进行了文献归纳和评述;最后对未来研究方向进行了展望。
