在创新网络中,企业可以通过松散的合作抑或紧密的联盟伙伴关系有效获取创新所需的异质性知识,但很多企业由于无法区分它们之间的差异进行正确的维护而痛失创新机会,阻碍了企业的创新。论文以资源基础理论和社会网络理论为基础,将个体层面企业间的关系强弱和集体层面网络密度纳入到同一个框架进行研究。研究结果表明,在稠密的网络中,较强和较弱的联盟合作伙伴关系都不利于企业创新,但是联盟惯例能够减轻他们的影响,合适的伙伴关系最利于企业创新;在稀疏的网络中,合作伙伴关系越强,企业的创新绩效越明显,而且联盟惯例也强化了他们之间的关系。研究结论对如何进行合作伙伴关系的选择和维护,有效利用外部资源,推动技术创新,提升企业核心竞争力具有重要的理论和实践意义。
