数字化转型情境下,新一代数字化技术的组合触发企业价值创造各环节发生改变,从而颠覆了传统的价值创造逻辑,然而现有研究尚未对数字价值创造的内涵、特征和实现机制等展开系统性的深入研究。鉴于此,本文首先对比了传统价值创造与数字价值创造,界定了数字化转型情境下数字价值创造的概念内涵,并厘清其特征表现;其次,系统地归纳了数字化转型对数字价值创造核心维度的影响,深入探讨数字价值创造的变革机制;再次,系统地梳理了数字化转型下数字价值创造的影响因素、实现方式和影响效应;最后,构建了数字化转型下数字价值创造的研究框架并提出未来研究方向。本研究扩展了价值创造的内涵和研究情境,有助于促进数字价值创造的进一步研究。
