组织衰落与复苏战略:国外理论述评及未来研究启示

摘要
传统组织研究聚焦于企业成长机制的探讨,因而对于组织衰落现象缺乏系统的理论解释。本文综述了20世纪80年代以来国外主流管理学期刊上发表的组织衰落文献,从组织衰落界定、衰落原因、模式和后果、组织衰落的复苏战略及其影响因素、组织复苏战略效果及其影响因素等方面对现有文献进行了系统述评。最后,本文分析了现有组织衰落研究存在的不足,并提出了值得进一步研究的未来方向。
