创业型经济的构成元素与发展途径

摘要
在回顾创业型经济有关文献的基础上,本文探讨并分析了创业型经济的四个维度和基本构成元素,提出了在知识经济时代和全球化背景下,创业型经济是优于管理型经济的参考框架模型的观点;进而根据创业型经济的影响因素提出了创业型经济的发展途径,并指出在创业型经济里,政府政策的核心作用是促进知识产出和知识商业化,目标是使人员便于流动,并发挥能力去创新和创建企业。
