试析个人因素与机会因素的匹配对创业机会识别的作用

摘要
现有的创业机会识别研究主要考察个人因素对创业机会识别的影响,较少关注机会因素,更不用说从个人因素与机会因素整合的角度去考察创业机会识别过程了。本文回顾了创业机会识别的相关文献,以结构化理论、人员—组织匹配理论、认知领域的结构匹配理论和二阶段创业行为理论为理论基础,从个人因素和机会因素匹配的视角分析了创业机会识别过程,最后总结了本研究的意义,并对未来研究进行了展望。
