摘要
本文系统地介绍了国外供应商选择问题的研究状况,将供应商选择的理论研究分为核心内容以及时代变迁赋予这一理论的新特征两大部分。其中,核心内容包括评价供应商的指标体系、选择供应商的方法以及考核供应商的过程;时代变迁指的是20世纪80年代开始流行的供应链管理思想、20世纪90年代开始加快的全球化步伐以及新世纪电子商务的广泛应用。最后,本文在理论回顾的基础上总结了几点对我国企业的主要启示。
