竞合理论视角下的国际代工关系研究

本文以国际代工关系为研究对象,运用竞合理论首先分析了影响竞争性和合作性水平的因素;然后根据不同的竞争与合作水平将代工关系分为疏远、竞争、伙伴和综合四种类型,探讨了这些关系类型在关系维护成本、稳定性、短期超额收益、知识获取、关系破裂危害等方面的不同特点,并初步分析了它们的适用情境;最后从代工企业的角度构建了一个一般决策框架,并得出如下结论:竞合水平应该与代工企业所处的情境相适应,代工企业必须通过调整影响竞合水平的可控因素来获得理想的竞合水平。
