摘要
本文认为,用信息技术来支持组织间交易、协调和沟通活动时,最基本的电子技术平台是在各参与企业间架设专用通信网络和构建跨组织信息系统。本文讨论了处理组织间交易关系的电子技术平台的基本问题,对组织间电子技术平台的电子科层制和电子市场进行了论述。本文强调,电子技术平台能否发挥作用的关键是组织间虚拟垂直整合问题。
