国外服务生产率增长缓慢理论解释述评

摘要
本文对国外服务业生产率增长缓慢理论解释的相关研究进行了梳理,对国外学者关于"到底是由服务业本身的特性还是服务产出及生产率的计量误差导致服务业生产率增长缓慢"的不同观点进行了系统的总结和述评。文章最后对提高我国服务业生产率提出了相关政策建议。
