近年来,组织责任行为问题备受国内外学者的关注。本文探讨了责任的概念内涵,从基于决策认知模式的责任行为研究、基于责任知觉的要素模型研究和基于角色互动的责任系统研究三个视角,对现有的组织责任行为研究进行了总结和归纳,分析了三者之间的关系,最后提出了组织责任行为研究的发展方向。
