本文介绍了倡导者概念出现的背景及其具体含义,考察了倡导者的角色,并根据新事业开发的类型将倡导活动分为:自下而上的倡导(基层倡导者)、自上而下的倡导(高层倡导者)和二元倡导(中层倡导者)三类,剖析了三类倡导者的行为模式。
