摘要
知识流程外包是近年来迅速发展起来的一种服务外包形式。本文对相关研究文献进行了梳理,依次阐述了西方学者在研究知识流程外包和业务流程外包区别,以及知识流程外包的发展动因、限制因素、影响作用和管理策略等方面取得的成果,扼要评价了知识流程外包研究现状,并对未来研究进行了简要展望。
