双元性理论和概念的批判性回顾与未来研究展望

摘要
双元性理论以其内容的新颖性和视角的独特性而备受关注,并有可能成为未来管理研究的一个主流范式。当前,学术界对双元性概念还存在认识上的偏差和分歧。本文基于对主流管理学期刊发表的96篇相关文献,尤其是其中的33篇实证文献的回顾,围绕双元性的理论渊源、概念和实现途径等问题,厘清了双元性的理论脉络,增补了能力和组织间关系这两个被忽视了的双元性视角,提出了双元性研究在概念演化方面呈现出由结构和行为向思维方式再向能力和组织间关系发展的趋势,在实现途径方面有从单一途径向多途径并用发展的趋势,最后对未来的相关研究进行了展望。
