摘要
规制俘获理论兴起于20世纪70年代,主要关注企业与政府之间的社会互动,着重研究企业政治行为对政府规制政策制定和实施的影响。进入21世纪以来,这一领域的研究取得了长足的进展。本文在文献梳理的基础上,从俘获行为、测量方法、影响因素和防范治理等方面对规制俘获理论研究的最新进展进行了述评,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
