摘要
战略性企业社会责任(strategic corporate social responsibility,以下简称SCSR)是由企业社会责任研究和战略管理研究交叉融合而产生的一个全新的研究主题,越来越受到学术界和实务界的关注。基于此,本文在系统梳理国外相关文献的基础上,从国外学者着重研究的SCSR概念界定、决策工具、利益回报机制三个方面探析了SCSR的研究前沿,并对该领域的未来研究方向进行了展望,以期推动国内相关理论研究的深化、繁衍和整合,并为我国企业开展SCSR实践提供理论支持。
