企业知识搜寻前因和结果研究现状探析与整合框架构建

摘要
本文在文献梳理的基础上,首先探讨了企业知识搜寻行为的影响因素(即前因问题)以及知识搜寻对企业创新的作用(即结果问题),然后结合知识类型和知识距离区分了四种知识搜寻策略,最后通过引入不同的知识搜寻策略构建了一个知识搜寻前因、策略与结果整合框架,以期为后续研究提供借鉴和参考。
