推进关键核心技术协同攻关是国家重要的政策方向,引进国际人才可为企业在国际创新网络中的深度融入及国内创新网络的高效利用创造条件。文章采用中国A股上市公司数据与省级国际人才引进数据,从创新网络嵌入性视角,考察国际人才引进影响中国企业关键核心技术赶超的作用效果和内在机制。研究发现:(1)国际人才引进显著加速了本土企业关键核心技术的追赶与引领进程,其作用机制在于国际人才能够有效整合国内商业型与研究型创新网络资源;(2)相较于对国内创新网络的强化效应,国际人才引进对国际创新网络赋能本土企业技术突破的促进作用尚未充分显现;(3)国际人才可为本土企业实现关键核心技术的原始创新提供知识基础,助力构建新型技术优势;(4)通过优化企业技术组合关联度、引导国际人才向高技术产业定向流动、强化技术研发型人才引进等举措,可显著提升国际人才对关键核心技术赶超的赋能效应。文章为破解技术封锁、构建关键核心技术自主创新体系提供了理论依据与实践启示。
