关于现代西方效率工资理论的评述

摘要
本文系统地阐述了西方效率工资理论的最新进展 ,着重介绍了西方学术界讨论最为热烈的索罗模型、怠工模型和工作转换模型 ,指出这些模型对西方发达市场经济国家普遍实行的工资决定机制有着较强的解释力 ,但效率工资从宏观角度考虑并不是最佳的工资制度。尽管如此 ,理解和掌握这些模型对我国建立有效的符合开放市场经济体制的工资决定机制仍然有着十分重要的借鉴意义。
