The essence of the global changes is the new changes in the earth’s ecosystem, which includes not only the new characteristics of the dynamics of the earth’s natural ecological system, but also the new problems in the operation of the world’s human ecosystem. Besides, these two subsystems have been entwining and interacting with each other. At present, as the complex changes are accelerating, they tend to endanger our human beings. Based on the theory instruction of historical materialism and the analytical framework of contemporary Marxist human destiny community theory, this paper explores the inherent basis and mechanism of global changes, reveals the exact meanings of humanity itself, human activities and human health, as well as their inherent relations. What’s more, it points out the scientific path to achieve human health under the background of global changes, and analyzes the inherent logic between " Healthy China” and " Beautiful China”.
