4142产业集群生态系统是由产业种群和产业环境构成的包含经济—社会—环境属性的复合体。本文以中国知网和Web of Science核心合集中产业集群生态系统文献为研究对象，利用关键词共现和聚类分析、时间线图和突现分析以及文献共被引分析，全面梳理经管领域关于产业集群生态系统的国内外研究成果。研究结论显示：（1）相关文献归纳为四大研究主题：多中心治理的组织共治，环境要素支撑的环境共洽，价值协同实现的价值共创，种群间竞合演化的生态共生。（2）知识演进脉络分为2004年前起步阶段、2005—2016年探索阶段和2017—2020年扩展阶段；研究起步于基于类比思维的概念隐喻，发展于以创新为焦点的系统探索，目前呈现出一定的整合趋势。（3）研究方法多偏重于建构性、个案性、静态性的定性分析方法，但近来在系统特征评估和测度指标方面的定量研究有所增加。最后，本文构建了产业集群生态系统未来研究的五重螺旋理论框架，并据此探讨了引入异质性产业情景、探索创新网络重构、关注适应性制度变迁、深化平台架构支撑、强调公众参与等未来研究方向。
