为了更好地响应“碳达峰”“碳中和”战略目标,企业有必要整合供应商和客户共同开展绿色环保实践,以便在实现环境绩效的同时,促进经济效益,收获社会声誉,提升可持续竞争力。目前,绿色供应链整合领域已形成一定的理论成果,但缺少系统性的综述研究帮助我们全面了解国内外研究概况。鉴于此,本文通过文献梳理,首先阐明了绿色供应链整合的概念内涵,将其细分为内部绿色整合、供应商绿色整合和客户绿色整合三个维度;其次归纳了绿色供应链整合的影响因素,包括利益相关者压力、环保意识,以及资源与能力;随后分析了绿色供应链整合通对企业环境、财务和社会绩效产生的正面和负面影响;最后,在总结现有研究的基础上提出未来的研究方向:关注软性资源与能力对绿色供应链整合的影响效果及多元因素的组态效应,深入探究控制机制和情境因素在前因分析中的调节作用,重视绿色供应链整合可能带来的负面效果。本文构建了绿色供应链整合的整体框架,旨在厘清相关研究的脉络,为管理实践者摆脱绿色供应链整合中的困境提供更全面的见解。本文也激励研究者对一些研究空白展开探讨,以丰富绿色供应链整合的理论内容。
