线上社会资本指基于互联网平台和社交媒体等网络工具所形成的社会联系和信任关系,是可以被行为主体调动和利用的社会关系资源。在互联网时代,积累和利用线上社会资本为组织获取更多发展机会和发展空间提供了必要的支持和保障,也成为提升组织绩效和促进组织持续发展的重要行动策略。通过系统整理线上社会资本的研究文献,本文首先总结分析了线上社会资本的概念内涵及其区别于传统线下社会资本的五个重要特性。其次,本文梳理了线上社会资本的测量方法,总结出主观量表法和数字足迹法及相应的数据分析方法。再次,本文归纳梳理了线上社会资本的影响因素与影响结果。最后,本文从加强线上社会资本与线下社会资本关系研究、创新其测量方法、探讨其前因、深化后效研究以及开展中国情境的本土化研究等方面提出了未来研究建议。本文为后续线上社会资本研究提供了一个较为完备的思考框架和参考借鉴,有助于更好地认识、解释线上社会资本,并发挥其实际意义和现实效应。
