资源稀缺是指个体对所拥有的资源少于自身需求资源的主观感知,资源稀缺作为一种普遍的社会现象对消费者行为的影响日益凸显。本研究将资源稀缺引入绿色消费研究领域,通过二手数据分析和两项实验研究,揭示了资源稀缺对消费者绿色产品偏好产生的负面效应,并进一步验证了这一影响的内在机制及边界条件。研究结果表明,资源稀缺会显著降低消费者的绿色产品购买意愿,这是由于资源稀缺的消费者在购买绿色产品时感知到决策信心降低,进而产品购买意愿受到负面影响,然而上述影响仅在消费者有较低的经济流动性感知时显著,当消费者感知经济流动性水平较高时,资源稀缺对消费者绿色产品购买意愿的负面影响将得到有效缓解。本研究丰富了资源稀缺在绿色消费领域的研究,并提出了缓解资源稀缺负面效应的有效途径,有助于企业在实践中更深层次地理解资源稀缺对消费者绿色产品偏好的影响,为绿色产品营销活动的开展提供了新思路。
