摘要
长期以来,学者们对领导行为的研究主要关注其有效性,社会科学基本上忽视了对领导阴暗面的研究,而破坏型领导研究关注的正是领导的阴暗面,它有助于我们系统全面地了解领导行为。本文主要对破坏型领导的概念及模型、前因变量以及测量等方面的研究进行了综述,并且对以后的研究提出了建议。
