摘要
企业员工内在工作动机对其绩效等变量有积极的预测作用,同时也是员工爱岗敬业的基础。本文首先阐明了内在动机的定义,并对相关概念进行了辨析;然后介绍了内在工作动机研究的相关理论,并指出了内在动机与相关变量的作用关系;最后指出了现有研究的不足及未来研究的方向。
