摘要
由于历史的原因,奥地利经济学忽略了企业理论研究。随着现代奥地利经济学的兴起,一批坚持奥地利经济学传统的经济学家开始着手构建本学派的企业理论,实现了理论研究的一次跨越。本文分析了现代奥地利经济学构建企业理论的内因和外因,介绍了其理论体系的基本框架,并进行了简要评价。
