摘要
本文从产业组织学的角度对银行业的结构、行为与绩效进行了分析 ,得出了不同于单纯从金融学角度研究银行的若干结论。将银行业纳入产业组织学的研究范畴不仅拓宽了产业组织学的研究范围 ,而且更重要的是促成了银行学的另一个分支——银行微观经济理论的形成与发展
