运营管理中策略性消费行为研究述评与展望

摘要
基于策略性消费行为的行为运筹学和行为运营管理已经成为学术界的新兴研究领域。本文在梳理相关文献的基础上,分析了策略性消费行为产生的原因及对企业运营管理的影响;对该类行为的主流研究方法、研究内容、研究现状与进展进行了总结与述评;特别是从定量分析和模型建立的角度对定价决策、库存决策、供应链管理决策以及策略性消费行为负面影响的控制与消除等问题进行了深入探讨;最后,对该领域未来的研究热点与方向进行了展望。
