摘要
本文首先对单一组织认同概念向双重(多重)认同概念演进的历程进行了简要梳理,分析了双重(多重)认同的概念内涵;进而,基于对以往相关实证研究的述评,总结了有关双重认同形成和影响机制的研究结果及其贡献,指出了关注双重认同内在交互组合作用机制的重要意义,并展望了未来该领域的研究要点。
