国外动态能力维度划分及测量研究综述与展望

摘要
迄今为止,动态能力的概念界定仍然不清,维度划分和测量也不统一,从而导致动态能力研究难以深入。基于对国外文献的回顾,本文首先对国外现有的动态能力概念研究进行了综述,认为基于能力阶层理论和组织惯例理论界定的动态能力概念比较清晰、明确;然后对动态能力的维度划分和测量研究进行了综述,认为认知维度甚至态度维度是动态能力构念体系构建需要进一步深入研究的方向,同时合并型多维构念的构建和测量将逐渐得到采纳;最后总结了现有研究的成果和不足,并对未来研究进行了展望。
①所谓构念,实际上就是指特殊的概念,其特殊性表现在四个方面:一是为了满足科学研究的某种特别需要而人为构造的,二是抽象的、不可直接观察的,三是与理论和特定模型相联系的,四是清晰、明确的(罗胜强和姜嬿,2008)。
④可从两方面来验证:第一,在动态能力正式提出十周年的2007年,Teece在《战略管理杂志》上撰文阐述了动态能力的微观认知和行为基础;美国战略管理学会2010年3月在芬兰举行的专题会议明确把管理者认知与动态能力的关系作为主要议题之一。更详细的综述参见邓少军、芮明杰(2010)发表在《外国经济与管理》上的“组织动态能力演化微观认知机制研究前沿探析与未来展望”一文。
