国外裂变型新创企业绩效特点剖析与影响因素研究综述

摘要
裂变型创业是一种特殊的创业形式,裂变型新创企业具有自身的发展规律,并且有自己的绩效特点。本文在系统梳理国外裂变型新创企业绩效研究文献的基础上,首先简要阐述了裂变型新创企业的绩效特点;然后从微观、中观和宏观三个层面分析了影响裂变型新创企业绩效的主要因素,并在此基础上归纳了裂变型新创企业的绩效测量指标;最后总结提出了现有裂变型新创企业绩效影响因素研究所存在的不足,并对未来研究方向进行了展望。
