摘要
本文从资源基础观、能力基础观和动态能力观出发,对竞争优势的研究脉络进行了系统的梳理,对基于资源和能力视角的竞争优势研究进行了比较,总结了竞争优势的研究层面,构建了竞争优势研究的整合框架,最后对未来研究进行了展望。
