226独角兽企业是科技创新企业的重要代表，也是推动高质量发展、开辟新领域新赛道并塑造新动能新优势的新兴引擎。基于国内外文献梳理，独角兽企业成长研究可归纳为五类关键要素与成长阶段框架：五类关键要素包括创业者与团队、技术与商业模式创新、战略与组织协同、资本赋能与金融支持、制度环境与城市创新生态；成长阶段框架用于刻画不同阶段的关键任务、驱动因素侧重与运行特征。结合当前独角兽企业成长理论研究中存在的空白，未来研究可围绕理论体系系统化与本土化构建、企业与城市案例研究、创新生态与国际化战略、创新政策评估、上市独角兽行为演化与治理问题、资本供给与退出机制等方向推进，为中国独角兽企业梯度培育与新质生产力形成提供参考。
