近年来,家族创业研究作为家族企业研究和创业研究的交叉领域受到越来越多国内外学者的关注。许多学者开始致力于家族创业的研究,并取得了众多有益的研究成果,不过该交叉领域的研究尚处于起步阶段。本文对近十年(2007—2017年)家族创业研究成果进行文献分析。本研究首先对家族创业的研究现状进行分析,并对家族创业的概念内涵进行界定,在此基础上本文从理论基础、研究的方法、研究层面和影响因素四个方面对近十年取得的研究成果进行系统的梳理和述评,最后指出当前研究存在的不足,并对家族创业研究提出了未来研究方向。
