3020区域贸易协定中原产地规则会影响区域内产业链与价值链的构成与发展。文章构建了一个寡头市场的量化分析框架，并以汽车行业为例，对RCEP的原产地累积规则的政策效果进行模拟评估。研究发现，在寡头市场结构假设下，在RCEP成员国目的地市场中，相较于大规模汽车出口厂商而言，中小规模出口厂商易于满足RCEP的原产地累积规则的要求，在其最终产品出口时能够享受关税优惠政策，这使汽车行业产品的出口贸易份额由不符合原产地累积规则的大规模汽车厂商向符合原产地累积规则的中小厂商再分配。因此，RCEP的生效引致了促进竞争效应。文章不仅有助于从理论上重新审视区域贸易协定的政策影响，协助汽车行业的厂商合理权衡产品的区域内与区域外增值，同时也有助于引导中小规模厂商以原产地累积规则为契机，借助有利的贸易政策条件提升其出口绩效。
