28跨区域合作创新是突破本地技术路径锁定的重要途径。科创走廊作为制度性干预的空间组织形式，为企业跨越地理边界开展创新活动提供关键支撑。文章以长三角G60科创走廊为背景，基于2010–2023年长三角41个城市上市公司数据，采用多期双重差分模型考察G60科创走廊对企业跨区域合作创新的影响。研究发现，G60科创走廊能够促进企业跨区域合作创新。机制分析表明，G60科创走廊主要通过缓解信息不对称、优化资源配置和降低供应链依赖来推动企业跨区域合作创新。调节效应分析显示，企业自主创新能力在其中发挥“U形”调节作用。文章还发现，G60科创走廊对成长期和衰退期企业的促进作用更为显著。文章从微观层面丰富了G60科创走廊合作创新效应的经验证据，为企业优化合作创新模式提供了参考。
