国外企业管理者道德问题研究综述

摘要
随着现代企业社会影响力的不断加大,企业管理者的道德和伦理问题日益受到各国学术界和企业界的关注。本文首先对管理者道德和伦理的界定及研究模式进行了考察,然后主要从管理者道德的状况、潜在影响、影响因素及建设机制等方面对有关企业管理者道德问题的相关研究进行了回顾。
