摘要
策略性企业慈善行为一直是国外管理理论研究的热点问题之一。本文比较详细地介绍了西方策略性企业慈善行为的产生、定义、种类、理论基础及其方法论研究成果,并简要论述了其对我国企业策略性地从事慈善活动的启示意义。
