In modern organizational management, the problem of “subjectivity-deficiency” still persists. Organizational management from the perspective of intersubjectivity not only helps to resolve this problem, but also stimulates organizational vitality to achieve value co-creation. In view of this, this paper further analyzes and argues why intersubjective management is necessary, possible, and presented. The results indicate that, compared to traditional self-centered organizational management (“subject-object”), organizational management from the perspective of intersubjectivity (“subject-subject”) places greater emphasis on the symbiosis and synergy of individuals within the organization; the symbiosis and synergy of management create conditions for value co-creation between managers and employees; the large-scale emergence of knowledge workers has made it possible for managers and employees to co-create value; knowledge creation is the primary pathway for knowledge workers to co-create organizational value in the era of artificial intelligence, with the key lying in the explicitation of tacit knowledge; the main role of managers is to construct a “field” that facilitates knowledge workers in acquiring tacit knowledge and making it explicit. The main inspiration for future management knowledge innovation in this paper is that the role of philosophy in management research is not limited to indirect guidance from methods, methodologies, epistemology, or ontology. It also helps researchers directly interpret new management phenomena and theorize them.
