“互联网+”时代背景下,企业间资源的开放、共享、互补和整合成为当前商务平台研究的热点,互联网商务平台生态系统是消费者需求多样化的产物,也是企业提升综合竞争能力的必然要求。文章通过文献研究和专家打分法提炼出互联网商务平台生态系统的五个测量维度,即规模性、多样性、开放性、对等性和协同性,编制互联网商务平台生态系统测量量表。同时拓展了商务平台顾客购买研究的一般视角,将互联网商务平台生态系统构建和商务平台虚拟价值链构建同时纳入顾客选择概念模型当中,提出相关研究假设,通过问卷调研采用结构方程模型对原始概念模型进行检验。结果显示:互联网商务平台生态系统能带来顾客锁定效应;互联网商务平台生态系统直接影响顾客对商务平台的感知价值;互联网商务平台生态系统对顾客购买行为的影响大于虚拟价值链战略。研究结果不仅在理论上填补了现有互联网商务平台生态系统知识的空缺,也为平台企业发展提供了导向和依据。
