72当前，我国已建成世界上规模最大的住房保障体系，并正以保障对象分层覆盖、多主体协同供给、配租与配售并行为特征加速推进。文章对中国特色住房保障实践进行经验总结和理论提炼，从标识性概念、理论内核以及实践模式三个层面探索中国住房保障自主知识体系的构建。在概念层面，强调我国住房保障的核心特征与术语标准；在理论层面，基于以人民为中心的共同富裕导向，构建公平与效率统一的双重属性分析框架以及生存、发展和共享递进统一的三重目标体系；在实践层面，坚持问题导向，聚焦供需匹配、财政可持续与治理现代化等现实议题，以期为我国住房保障模式的进一步完善提供理论指导，也为其他发展中国家的住房治理实践贡献中国方案。
