摘要
人力资本贬值是知识经济时代的重要课题,然而国内相关研究一直较为缺乏。本文从人力资本贬值的概念内涵、理论模型、测量以及影响因素和影响结果等方面系统梳理了近年来国内外关于人力资本贬值的研究,希望为我国未来相关研究的开展提供借鉴。
