摘要
家族企业的代际传承是一个受多因素影响的多阶段演进过程。本文在梳理大量文献的基础上,从个体、人际、组织和社会/环境四个层面对家族企业代际传承的影响因素进行了较为系统的评介,希望对我国家族企业解决代际传承问题有所借鉴。
