基于CAS视角的领导研究评介与组织高层领导者角色—行为模型构建

知识经济时代的到来对现有领导理论提出了挑战,基于复杂适应系统(complex adaptive system,以下简称"CAS")视角的领导研究正逐渐成为领导研究的新范式。本文首先介绍了CAS视角对于知识经济时代领导研究的重要意义,简要比较了基于CAS视角的领导理论与交易型领导、变革型领导和服务型领导等当今流行的领导理论之间的异同;然后在系统梳理西方现有相关研究的基础上,构建了一个以组织高层领导者行为为自变量、员工互动为中间变量、组织适应性结果涌现为因变量的组织高层领导者角色—行为整合模型,以期对现有基于CAS视角的领导研究进行拓展。
