供应链领导力指核心企业通过影响供应链上游供应商和下游客户的行为和绩效来实现共同供应链目标的能力。供应链领导力整合了经典的领导力理论和供应链管理,属于新兴交叉学科方向。近年来,供应链领导力在供应链管理上发挥着越来越重要的作用,并逐渐成为研究热点之一。但是,国内对该领域的研究仍较为零散,系统性的研究较少。本文借助文献综述的形式,全面回顾了该领域的相关研究成果,系统地梳理了供应链领导力的内涵和理论基础。并从变革型、交易型等代表性供应链领导风格的角度梳理了供应链领导力的维度和测量。同时构建了一个包括前因、结果、中介及调节因素的研究框架,分析了现有的研究基础。最后,本文总结了供应链领导力对我国经济发展的重要战略意义,并就深化理论基础、开发成熟量表、拓展机制研究和跨行业与跨学科研究等方面展望了未来的研究方向,为我国供应链领导力的后续研究提供参考。
